1 pound cooked, crumbled bacon
1 bunch bite-sized broccoli pieces
1 red onion cut into bite sized pieces
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 bunch of cauliflower in bite sized pieces

1 c mayo
2 tbs wine vinegar
1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bacon, veggies and cheese togther. In seperate bowl, mix dressing ingredients (mayo, vinegar, sugar). Pour over vegetables. Seal and store over night in the fridge.
