1 (26 oz.) bag frozen country style hash browns.
2 cups shredded colby cheese
1/4 cup minced onion
1 cup milk
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Combine hash browns, cheese and onion in large bowl. Combine milk, beef broth, half the melted butter, salt and pepper. Mix well, then pour over hash browns. Heat remaining butter in oven proof skillet, spoon in potatoe mixture. Bake in skillet 45-60 minutes until hash browns are brown.
