1/2 c gluecose
1/2 c. milk
1 c. white syrup
3 c. sugar
1 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. English Walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first five ingredients to 240º.
Let cool some add vanilla and walnuts.
beat-beat-beat until creamy and too thick to beat.
If you under beat a little it will set up it just takes time.

This if very hard on your mixer and beating by hand is very tiring. This is a candy that my Mother made Christmas.
