10 or more slices bacon 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar 2 1/2 tbsp flour
3/4-1 c. water 4-5 stalks celery chopped
1 bunch green onion chopped 1 gr pepper (sm) chopped
5# red potatoes(cooked,peeled & sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon, save fat, take bacon out, stir in sugar, vinegar, and flour. Slowly add water until thick. Add to potatoes & veg. Mix well, chill, and serve.
