3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups shredded zuchini (peeled)
3 cups self rising flour
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts

Directions:

Mix all together. Pour into greased pans at 300 to 325 for 1 hour

Dont knock this until you try it. You can't taste the zuchini in it. Good to serve with a powder sugar, water, vanilla, water icing.
