Ingredients:  
1/4 to 1/8 inch thin sliced deer meat
3 parts terayka
3 parts soy sauce
1 part liquid smoke
1 part brown sugar
Crushed or Ground red pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Slice the meat and its better to cut it when its not completely thawed. Cut across the grain.
Let the meat soak into the mixture overnight. Cook on a dehydrator for 8 to 10 hrs.

For Deer hunters this is a good recipe and most kids love it. Rex had to make a bag full for his nephew and neices every year for Christmas
