1 1/3 lbs. Ground Beef or Sirloin (your pick!)
1 Large Egg, Beaten
2/3 c. Italian Bread Crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
1 Small Onion, Chopped
4 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
1/4 c. Ketchup
Salt and Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl, except for the olive oil. In the bowl make four sections. Take each section and form a loaf, approximately 1 inch thick. Drizzle small amount of olive oil just to cover the loaves.

Bake loaves in oven for 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides (ie: mash potatoes and corn!)
