Ingredients:  
1 c. water,
1 chicken bouillon cube,
1 (10oz) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli,
1 med. carrot-grated,
2-3 tsp butter,
3 tbsp. flour,
2 c. milk,
1 lb. Velveeta - cubed,
1 can cream of chicken soup,
1 tsp onion flakes,
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water & bouillon cube to boiling. Add broccoli & carrot. Cook 5 min. or until tender. Remove from heat, do not drain. In saucepan, melt butter, slowly stir in flour. Gradually add milk; cook until thickened. Stir in cheese, soup, onion & worchestershire sauce. Add broccoli/carrot mixture. Heat & serve.
