1 Stick of Butter
1/2 c. Celery
1/2 c. Onion
1/2 c. Mushroom
1 c. Small Cooked Salad Shrimp
1 c. Imitation Crab Meat
3 Cloves of Garlic
3/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
Flour (to thicken)
Milk (to thicken)
1 Package of Mushrooms
Salt & Pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425º

Place first 7 ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until everything is chopped to fine bits.

Cook processed ingredients in medium skillet over medium heat until celery and onion are tender. Stir in parmesan cheese. Add flour until thick and pasty. Reduce heat to medium-low and add milk until thick.

Stuff mushrooms and cook for 15-20 until bubbling.
