1 fresh pineapple, cored and diced 3 green onions, chopped
2 jalapeņo peppers, seeded and diced 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill 1 hour. It's great with tortilla chips, stirred into hot cooked rice, or with grilled chicken or pork.
