12 oz cooked chicken breast cut into strips
1 fresh pineapple, cored, cut into slices
2/3 c oil 1/3 c white wine vinegar
2 tbsp thinly sliced green onions 1 garlic clove, halved
1 tsp cumin dash salt
crisp salad greens 1 c cubed cheese
1 medium cucumber 2 medium oranges, peeled, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Arrange pineapple over chicken. In small bowl or jar with tight fitting lid combine oil, vinegar, green onions, garlic, cumin and salt; blend well. Pour over chicken and pineapple. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Drain marinade into small bowl for dressing; remove garlic. To serve, line large serving platter with salad greens. Arrange chicken, pineapple, cheese, cucumber and orange slices over salad greens. Garnish, if desired. Serve with remaining salad dressing.
