1 pkg Oreo Cookies
1/2 gal. Mint Choc. Chip Ice Cream
1 jar Hershey Hot Fudge
1/3 c. Butter
8 oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Crust: Crush Oreo cookies into crumbs. Set 1/3 cup aside for topping. Mix cookie crumbs with butter. Spray 9x13 pan lightly with cooking spray and pat the crumb mixture in the bottom.

Filling: Set ice cream out until softened. Spread ice cream over crust. Put into freezer for 4-5 hours. Heat hot fudge in microwave until soft and easy to spread (only about 30 sec). Spread fudge over ice cream. Put into freezer for 1 hour. Spread cool whip over fudge and sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs on top. Freeze for at least an hour before serving.
