2-3 Apples of Your Liking
4 tbs. Butter
1/4-1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice apples. In a medium skillet melt the butter over medium heat. Place the apples in the bottom of the skillet with the melted butter. Stir for about 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon over the apples. Stir and mix in with the apples. Pour the water to cover the apples. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes on medium-low heat. Uncover the apples and cook until the water cooks down to syrup and apples are soft.
