2 C brown sugar
1 C butter
1/2 C karo syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Popped popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring brown sugar, butter and karo syrup to soft ball stage.
2. Remove from heat. Add canned milk.
3. Place popcorn in a brown paper bag and pour mixture over popcorn. Shake bag until well mixed.
