2 (3oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
2 c flour
2 sticks of butter, room temperature but not too soft
1/4 c powder sugar
Pastry fillings (solo brand is good.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients all together and flatten into a fat pancake shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough until desired thickness, cut them in squares with a sharp knife. Put 1/2 tsp. of pastry filling in the center and wet the two opposite corners and pinch them together.

Preheat the oven to 450º and bake 10-15 minutes. Watch closely.
Sprinkle with a little powder sugar when they're cool or just before serving.
