2 lbs. hot breakfast sausage
6 tbsp. cracker meal
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Combine sausage and other ingredients while sausage is warm. Form into little balls and bake at 350º until golden brown. Can be made ahead, frozen and reheated for ten minutes and served warm.
