1 1/4 c flour
3/4 tsp cinnimon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 c apple sauce
1/2 c milk
1/2 c brown sugar
3 tbs oil
1 egg

Bake at 375º for about 15 minutes, or until done.

I use home-made apple sauce from my fresh picked apples in the fall-and it makes these muffins OUTSTANDING!
