2 c flour
1 c white sugar
4 small ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c oil
2 eggs
6 tbs milk
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl mix flour, baking powder, soda, and salt and set aside. In seperate bowl cream oil, sugar, and eggs till smooth. Stir in milk and mashed banana and mix well. Fold in flour mixture into the liquid ingredients until combined. Fill greased muffin tins two-thirds of the way full. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
