1 c chopped black olives
1/2 c chopped green onions
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar or other sharp cheese
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 pkg English muffins, split
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except muffins, mixing well. Spoon onto muffin halves. Broil until cheese melts and surface is a bit bubbly. Cut muffins into quarters and serve hot.
