4 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
3 tbls. toasted sunflower or sesame seeds
1 pkg. ramen noodles, chicken flavor


3 tbsp. white vinegar
ramen seasoning packet
1 tsp. dijon mustard
2 tbls. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup salad oil
2 tsp. cilantro, chopped

combine cabbage, broken noodles, almonds and seeds. Whisk dressing ingredients, season and toss.
