Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 lbs hamburger
2 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp mustard seed
3 Tbsp quick curing salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/3 tsp onion powder
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the above ingredients.
Divide into 3 parts & wrap in foil (shiny side in) forming in long round shapes.
Refrigerate 24 hours. Then bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours on flat cookie sheet.
Poke holes in foil before baking.
