1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c sour milk (to make it sour, add 2 tbsp vinegar)
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add eggs, milk, and oil. Mix together with beater. Cook on heated griddle or pan; turn when bubbles appear.

This is a recipe from my German grandmother. The vinegar adds a nice tang. I also recommend adding chopped Granny Smith apples.
