2 lbs. Clean, cooked Shrimp
1/4 cup Lime Juice
2 tbsp. Salt
1/4 cup garlic red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
Fresh cilantro to taste
Fresh parsley to taste
1/2 red onion
tabasco sauce to taste

Directions:

Clean shrimp, with tails off. Chop cilantro, parsley and red onion to small pieces. Mix all ingredients, refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Mix again before serving. Cocktail sauce can be served on the side.
