8 oz. Bittersweet Chocolate (Scharffen Berger or Valhorona)
1cup sugar
2 sticks unsalted butter
1/2cup strong instant coffee (warm)
4 eggs ( large or extra large)

Preheat oven 350 degrees

Melt chocolate, sugar and butter in a double boiler
Add coffee
Beat in eggs one at a time
Pour into 9 inch Spring Form pan (lightly sprayed)

Bake 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees

Serve warm with ice cream, whipped cream or creme fraiche
