3 cups of sweet potatoes or canned yams.
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 - 1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 stick butter

Topping:
1/3 stick butter
1/3 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain sweet potatoes. Mash them.
Add all non-topping ingredients. Add enough milk to make the mixture fluffy. Mix together and pour into baking dish.

Mix all topping ingredients together until "crumbly". Spread on top of potatoes.

Bake 30 - 35 minutes at 350º
