3/4 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6 to 10 medium potatoes, cooked ,cooled and cubed or sliced
2 hard cooked eggs, diced

About 2 to 3 hours ahead combine first 7 ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate until thoroughly cool. Combine remaining ingredeints in large bowl; add chilled dressing and mix together until well blended. Garnish with paprika. Refrigerate several hours or until time to serve.
