1 bottle liquid smoke
1 small bottle worcestershire sauce
garlic salt
onion salt
celery salt
black pepper
1 bottle BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
For 4 lb. brisket. Mix all ingredients together except BBQ sauce. Pour over meat and marinade several hours or overnight. Put meat in large cooking bag with about half of marinade. Bake covered in roasting pan at 325 for approx. 2 to 3 hours. Remove from oven. Take meat out of bag. Pour small amount of juice in bottom of pan. Pour BBQ sauce over meat. Bake 1 hour covered. Remove from oven. Slice when cooled and add more BBQ sauce.
