2 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced sweet pickles
3 Tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (grated from the lemon
peel)

Directions:

1. Mix all th e ingredients thoroughly in a large
bowl.
2. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 to 3 hours before
seerving.
Serves 4
