Wash zucchini. Slice into rounds, and place in glass baking dish. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients, except for cheese, and brush onto both sides of zucchini squash. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Return to oven under broiler until melted. Serve immediately.
