1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter, room temp
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups ap flour
2-½ cups oatmeal, ground to powder
1 tsp each baking soda & baking powder
½ tsp salt
24 oz assorted chocolate chips
½ bag toffee chips



Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl, combine flour, oatmeal (I grind to powder in my blender), salt, soda and baking powder. Slowly add to sugar mixture. Add chips and toffee. Scope with ice cream scoop into balls. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly golden approx 12 to 15 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet. Remove to rack and cool completely.

Use the best chocolate chips available - don't just skimp on the store brand. Also try mixing milk and dark chocolate - makes a real difference.
