12 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
3 C. water
Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine lemon, orange, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, and water. Let simmer on lowest heat throughout the holidays. Add water as needed.
