4-5 Yukon gold potatoes
2 cans chicken broth
2 leeks
1 bay leaf
Cheyenne pepper
Sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop potatoes and cook in broth till soft
Meanwhile, cut up the leeks and soak in cold water to get out the dirt
Saute leeks in butter for 2-3 minutes till soft and then add to the potato mixture
Cook another 10 minutes and mash the potatoes,
add sour cream, peppers and salt to taste.
Serve with chopped fresh chives
