6 pieces of chicken
3 tbsp flour
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil
2 c orange juice
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp grated nutmeg
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 oranges, segmented

Directions:
Directions:
Season flour with salt and pepper; coat chicken. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to a casserole dish. Add orange juice, vinegar, sugar, nutmeg and garlic. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until tender. Garnish with orange segments and cook 5 more minutes.
