12 oz sliced mushrooms
1/4 c butter
2 c cooked, peeled shrimp
2 c cooked rice
1 c chopped green pepper
1 c chopped onions
1/2 c chopped celery
1/4 c chopped pimento
1 20 oz can tomatoes, drained
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 c melted butter

Saute mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter until tender. Combine with shrimp, rice, green pepper, onion, celery, pimento, tomatoes, salt and chili powder. Mix well. Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 300 for 1 hour.
