Cream of Crab Soup Recipe

4 tbsp butter
1/2 c celery, chopped
1/4 c onion, chopped
1 pt whole milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp pepper
dash salt
1 tsp Old Bay seafood seasoning
3 tbsp honey
2 tsp sherry
1 lb crab meat
1/4 c cracker crumbs

Saute celery, onion and butter in heavy saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, do not boil. Heat slowly, then add crab meat and cracker crumbs to thicken soup. If not thick enough, add more crumbs.
