4 large baked potatoes
1 pint sour cream
1 tbsp dehydrated onion
instant mashed potatoes
1 1/2 tbsp chopped chives
1/2 stick melted butter
1 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub and bake the potatoes. When done cool and split in half and scoop the potato out leaving some to hold the skin firm. Mix all ingredients with mixer except instant potatoes. After mixing well, add instant potatoes until at right thickness. Stuff the skins; sprinkle with melted butter and paprika and shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 until browned and cheese is melted.
