Salmon filets or steaks
2/3 c olive oil
2/3 c soy sauce
2/3 c bourbon
1 stick butter
juice of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix olive oil, soy sauce and bourbon. Marinate salmon in this mixture for 2 hours. Grill 8-10 minutes. Melt butter and mix with lemon for use as sauce.
