1 lb backfin crab meat
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 c cracker crumbs
2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except crab meat then add crab and toss lightly. Shape in to crab cakes and put on cookie sheet. Put a pat of butter and a shake of paprika on top of each and broil until slightly brown. These can be fried if you so prefer.
