This salad is made purely according to your own taste. I had this at Disney World and came home and duplicated it. They used chopped up salad greens and added coleslaw in place of salad dressing. Shrimp was also added. Combine all these ingredients in a large bowl and mix. I have added chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrots.
Very refreshing and light
