1 Cup raw peanuts
1 Teaspoon Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Cup white corn syrup
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a 1 1/2 quart casserole stir together peanuts, sugar, syrup and salt. Cook 4 Minutes on high stirring well. Cook 4 more minutes then stir in Butter and Vanilla, and cook 2 minutes longer on high. Add baking soda AND quickly stir until light and foamy. Immediately pour onto lightly greased baking sheet, spreading as thin as possible. When cool break candy into small pieces.

If raw peanuts are unavailable, roasted peanuts may be used. If roasted Peanuts are used, add them the last 2 minutes of cooking.
