1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cups plain flour
1 (no.303) can Fruit Cokail
2 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt and baking soda into a bowl. Beat in eggs; fold in fruit cocktail (juice, also). Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Cover with brown sugar and cocanut. Bake at 300º for 1 hour. Prepare icing while cake is baking
