1 1/2 cups cooked egg noodles
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespooms ketchup
1 tablespoon horseradish
2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour. Stir until flour dissolves, add milk. Cook until smooth and thick.. Remove from heat, add cheese and stir until cheese melts. Add cooked egg noodles, salt, ketchup, horseradish, ham and peas. Mix well. Pour into greased casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
