2 lbs ground chuck
1 small can tomato sauce
2/3 cup oatmeal
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Bacon for top (raw)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine with your hands ground chuck, oatmeal,bell pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and half of the tomato sauce until well-blended, but not over-blended. Divide mixture into 2 loaves. Place loaves on rack in baking dish. Pour remaining tomato sauce over laoves and place strips of bacon over the sauce. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Bell pepper and onions may be sauteed prior to mixing into meat if you prefer.
