2 lbs. stew meat
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 C. ginger ale

Directions:
Directions:
Throw all ingredients in an oven safe skillet with lid and bake, covered, at 350 for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. No peeking!

This is a lot quicker and easier than the 5 hour stew, and is just as good. As June would say, you can just "whip it up!"
