2 cans (14 oz) chicken broth
4 small baking potatoes, halved and sliced
1 large onion, quartered and sliced
1 rib celery, sliced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup half and half
1 Tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth, potatoes, onion, celery, flour, pepper and salt in slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on low 6 hours.

Stir in half and half; cover and continue to cook 1 hour.

Remove cover; slightly crush potato mixture with potato masher. Continue to cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Stir in butter just before seving.
