"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

2 TBL brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
2 TBL worchershire sauce
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 cups water
1 small onion chopped

Fry up hamburg with onion and celery.
Drain grease.
Add rest of ingredients and cook til hot and bubbly. We like it sweet so I may add a little more sugar after it has cooked a bit.
