1 1/2 lbs. ground cured ham
1/2 lb. ground beef
1-1 1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
1 egg
Enough milk to make real moist

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. ground mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together meats, cracker crumbs, egg, and milk. Form into a loaf. Combine the vinegar, water, brown sugar, and dry mustard. Pour over the loaf. Bake at 350º for at least 2 hours. Baste often with the sauce.
