Pie pastry - already completed

1 C sugar
3 T cornstarch
6 C peeled and sliced fresh peaches
1 T butter
Milk and Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, stir together the 1 C sugar, cornstarch and peaches - toss to mix well.

Spoon peach mixture into pie crusts. Dot with butter. Cover top of pie with second crust. Cut slits into top crust. Brush the top of the pie with milk and sprnkle with sugar. Cover edges with foil. Place on baking sheet.

Bake the peach pie at º375 oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil, bake the pie for another 25-30 minutes more or till the top is golden and filling is bubbly.

Cool pie on wire rack.
