1 8oz pkg of cream cheese - softened
4 oz Asiago or Parmesan Cheese - shredded = 1 C
2 cloves garlic
1 13-14 oz can artichoke hearts - drained
1 C of bottled roasted sweet red peppers - drained
1 C fresh mushrooms - sliced thin
1/2 C sliced green onion

Serve with pita triangles or crispy toasts

In food processor, combine cream cheese, Asiago cheese and the garlic. Cover and process till well combined. Add the artichokes, red sweet peppers, mushrooms and green onions. Cover the process with on/off turn till everything is finely chopped.

Transfer to 1 1/2 qt shallow baking dish. 8 " quiche dish or 9 " pie plate, spreading evenly. Cover and bake in a 350 oven for 25 minutes or till heated through and bubbly around edges.

Serve with pita triangles or toasts
