1 c mayonnaise
2 tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
4 c cooked, cubed, peeled potatoes (about 5-6 med.)
1 c sliced celery
1/2 c chopped onion (optional)
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped

Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill. Makes 5 cups.
